Part 1 - Exploring Resilience: An opportunity to reflect on the aspects of reslience which matter to you most. Part 2 - Building Resilience: Provides tools for cultivating resilience growth and explores personal goals. Part 3 - Positive Stress: Examines the cutlural norms of viewing stress as a negative factor and sows the seed for an alternative, which is psychologically healthier and more enregising. Part 4 - Solution Finding: Encourages a change in polarity from problem fixation to an action-oriented approach. Part 5 - PERMAnence: Offers a positive psychological model for enhancing resilience and improving overall life-satisfaction. Part 6 - Strong to the Core: Identifies your core strengths, and those of others, to use collectively or independantly for success. Part 7 - Assertiveness for Performance: Understand how to raise assertiveness to enhance the way you engage in your life at home or work. Part 8 - Good Comms: Offers a model of communicating which is conflict resistant and tools to enhance your ability to talk and listen effectively. Part 9 - Managing Emotions: Like it or not, emotions are a human thing in all aspects of our life. Consider how understanding your own emotions and those of others can have enormous benefits in our lives. Part 10 - Bring it on!: This final session pulls all content together and leaves delegates with firm goals for the future and are offered supportive resources to sustain resilience development for the long term.
